Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse – Permanent Part-Time (2 Days/Week)

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our supportive and dedicated team at The Lindisfarne Clinic.

This role is for two set days per week – Monday and Tuesday, with the flexibility to provide occasional cover for staff leave or busy periods. If you have experience in General Practice and a passion for delivering quality primary care, we’d love to hear from you.

You'll be working in a collaborative environment alongside a friendly and professional clinical and administrative team, all focused on providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support GPs with general nursing duties

Assist in the preparation of care plans and health assessments

Administer immunisations (adult & child)

Wound care and infection control

Cold chain management and assistance with minor procedures

Support iron infusions and administer COVID-19 vaccinations

Perform ear syringing (if certified)

Contribute to Chronic Disease Management

Handle patient recalls/reminders and equipment sterilisation

Maintain a safe and professional clinical environment

Essential Criteria:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident computer skills and time management

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Permanent Australian residency or appropriate work rights

Current CPR certification

Desirable Criteria:

Experience using Best Practice software

Nurse Immuniser certification

Flexibility to cover leave as needed
