Your Opportunity
Are you ready to make a real difference?
Mannin' Up, our groundbreaking Men's Behaviour Change Program, is creating real, lasting change in the lives of men, women, and children. This isn't just another community initiative. It's a mission to break the cycle of violence by giving men skills to manage situations that in the past would have seen them resort to violence and abuse by using more positive methods of communication.
What We Do:
- Provide group-based programs, to support men in recognizing harmful behaviours, learning to manage difficult emotions, and taking responsibility for their actions.
- Promote Healthy Relationships: provide men with the tools to live in a non-violent and respectful relationship with their families, partners and children
Opportunities Await in Dubbo!
We're searching for passionate individuals with community service experience, particularly in Domestic Violence (DV) or Justice. If you understand the impacts of intimate partner violence and are driven to make a change, we want to hear from you!
Roles Available:
- Facilitators: Lead group-based sessions that help men navigate change and rebuild healthier relationships.
- Case Workers: Provide tailored, support to men navigating their journey away from violence. And support the facilitation of group-based programs.
Join us in Dubbo and be a part of a life-changing journey. Together, we can build a safer, more respectful community.
