The Role
Working as part of a high-performing legal team, you will act as a trusted adviser to key internal stakeholders and provide strategic and commercial legal support across a range of projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including technology and services agreements
• Advising on governance frameworks and corporate legal matters
• Supporting high-profile transactions, such as acquisitions and capital investments
• Collaborating with risk and compliance to ensure cohesive strategies across legal and regulatory requirements
• Championing legal innovation by streamlining processes and improving service delivery
• Contributing to legal team development and broader business initiatives

What They Need
The successful candidate will bring:

• 7 to 10 years' PQE in a broad inhouse legal role with top tier firm training
• Solid understanding of commercial law and risk management principles
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Experience working in a regulated or listed environment is advantageous
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• High levels of professionalism, sound judgement and a collaborative mindset
