Embrace the chance to become an integral part of the Mancel College Allied Health team as a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist.

At Mancel College, our commitment is to provide high-quality, contemporary, and evidence-based therapeutic services. As an Allied Health Professional with us, you'll work in close collaboration with the college teaching team and a multi-disciplinary allied health team, collectively striving to achieve impactful educational outcomes for our students.

As a Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologist at Mancel College, you’ll:

Deliver evidence-informed assessments and interventions aligned with best practice.

Collaborate with educators, families, and other allied health professionals to build inclusive, movement-friendly learning environments.

Develop targeted programs to support students’ participation, regulation, and physical wellbeing.

Use data and reflection to inform your practice and adapt approaches that work.

Document clearly and responsibly to meet professional, organisational, and funding requirements.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a values-driven professional who’s:

3+ years' experience as a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist

Experienced in working with children or young people (school-based or paediatric experience is ideal)

Experienced working with children and/or young people with a disability (highly desirable)

Qualified and registered (AHPRA)

Able to think creatively and adapt strategies to different settings and learners

Collaborative, curious, and ready to share your expertise while learning from others

With our new and fully equipped on site pool at Mancel College, experience in Hydrotherapy is desirable.
