The Role:

We are looking for motivated and suitably experienced Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based care to patients across the North West Coast. This role requires clinical excellence, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physiotherapy colleagues as well as a wider multidisciplinary team.

The Senior Physiotherapist will:

  • Provide and maintain specialist physiotherapy services to clients of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and associated areas.
  • Coordinate and manage the multi-disciplinary programs of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation including promotion, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to level 1/2 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and Students.

Details of appointment:

Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 60.8 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date.

*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $110,425 to $121,907 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Salary Packaging:

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

Allowances:

  • Please note that access to salaries beyond $119,290 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:

  • Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum

Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
