We currently have two exciting opportunities:

• One full-time permanent position
• One fixed-term contract (18 months) – 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process end-to-end payroll
• Ensure compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation
• Maintain and update employee records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Respond to payroll queries and provide timely, friendly support to employees
• Assist with payroll reporting, superannuation, tax, and reconciliations
• Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and data integrity

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a payroll position, ideally within the not-for-profit or community services sector
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems
• Understanding of Fair Work legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Professionalism and a commitment to confidentiality
• A collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for supporting a meaningful cause
