We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer/Coach who will provide best practice coaching in a group fitness setting that drives innovation and fosters member recruitment, motivation, participation and retention.

HI-BRID as its named is a combination of Strength and conditioning classes, opening the door for people of any age group and fitness level, to make performance improvements for their health, fitness and well-being to in our Simulated Altitude Studio.

You work hard and train hard. Your day-to-day revolves around health and fitness, as well as being results driven in your personal, fitness and career goals. You are personable, approachable and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
To provide current best practice coaching services in a group fitness setting that drives innovation and fosters member recruitment, motivation, participation and retention. The Coach will lead members though safe and effective workouts in our unique simulated altitude training (SAT) environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Remain motivated, friendly and approachable
• Breed a culture of community and team spirit
• Perform all workouts in a safely, confidently and professionally
• Demonstrate the highest possible standards of professional and personal conduct

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate III in Fitness
• Current First Aid, CPR and Blue Card.
