Job Description:

As a motor vehicle salesperson you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget. Provide accurate information about available vehicles and assist in selecting the most suitable options.

Sales Process: Guide Customers through the entire sales process, from the initial contact to vehicle delivery. Demonstrate features and benefits of various vehicles and conduct test drives.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, features and specifications. Maintain up to date knowledge of our inventory and effectively communicate the value of each vehicle.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and prices to reach mutually beneficial agreement. Close sales transactions efficiently and ethically.

Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth Financing and leasing processes.

Customer Follow up: Establish and maintain post- sale relationships with customers. Address any concerns or inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive Sales preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Customer focused with a passion for delivery exceptional service.

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Detail orientated and organized.

Valid Drivers Licence.
