Our client is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Financial Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll and month end/quarter end tasks.

Reporting to the Executive Manager of Finance you will assist with budgeting, audits and maintaining accurate financial records across systems. In this diverse and challenging role, you will be crucial in assisting in managing the organisation's financial operations and contributing to new processes and improvements.

Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented accounting professional who is either fully CA/CPA qualified or actively pursuing their qualification. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively across various departments within the organisation.
Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of finance experience in a similar role, with a strong background in using Xero accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to handle complex data sets efficiently.
• Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
• A proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Your ability to adapt, build relationships, and contribute positively to the team will be instrumental in achieving success in this position.
