About the role

We are seeking a Head Chef to join our team at the Willow Tree Inn. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Willow Tree, NSW 2339.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation and staff supervision

Ordering

Staff rostering

Maintaining high OHS standards

Managing and mentoring the kitchen team, providing training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

Proven track record of creating and implementing successful menus that cater to a diverse range of customers

Strong knowledge of food trends, preparation techniques, and presentation

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Proficient in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and cost control

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to quality
