Description

• Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Act as a key liaison between teams and the broader finance function, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Provide financial guidance on business cases, funding proposals, and commercial partnerships.
• Champion continuous improvement across financial processes and systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

• Proven experience providing financial support in complex organisations.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• High-level Excel capability and data analysis skills.
• Experience with funding and grant guidelines (desirable)
