Join this established, yet ever growing, Commercial fit-out business in this newly created Account Manager role.
Managing a portfolio of 400+, you will be providing exceptional service, ensuring each and every customer is looked after.
With plenty of room for growth, your initial responsibilities would include:
- What have their ordering patterns been?
- How often do they need a follow up call?
- What additional help do you feel they may need?
- Assessing the status and transactions of your customers, and putting necessary plans and processes in place:
- Get to know your customers and ensure they get to know you, making them feel comfortable to call you when they need;
- Learning the products and services inside and out, then educating your customers. This will increase sales/cross-selling opportunities;
- Following up any outstanding quotes;
- Working closely with the Service team and respond to customer concerns, questions or complaints;
- Meeting with customers in person or virtually when necessary; and
- Reporting.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking:
- Similar industry experience including Trade, Construction, Design, Safety or Engineering;
- Customer Support/Account Management experience, with proven retention and cross-selling success;
- Excellent people skills with an inquisitive nature and the ability to explain technical things in layman’s terms; and
- A true desire to become a part of this close-knit team and achieve great things together.
