The position:

Kellyville location & parking onsite

Currently 240 managements

Saturdays not required

Full time Assistant Portfolio Manager & Leasing already on the team

The salary is a base of $100,000 incl super & car allowance plus up to 5 different Bonus Structures (uncapped)

$100,000 base (for managing 200 managements)

$10,000 annual Bonus paid fortnightly for each additional 25 managements in your portfolio

20% of your base salary - annual bonus paid monthly if set KPIs are met

$5,000 bonus available for annual goals - annual

New business Bonus $250 per management

Fiji Trip in December if set goals are met

About the prospective candidate:

You must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Senior Property Manager and hold the appropriate licensing.

You understand the importance of leveraging technology and resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.

You are business minded and willing to work alongisde the lincensee in charge to grow the business

Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to naturally grow and manage your work.

You’re skilled at building strong relationships and expanding your network.

You are sharp, quick on your feet, and able to handle challenges

You have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transport.

You are willing to provide proof of working rights & undergo a police check.
