About the role

We're looking for experienced telemarketers to join our growing sales team on a part-time, casual basis. As a Telemarketing Representative, you'll be working from home to contact owners of manufacturing businesses to promote our manufacturing-only membership. This is a great opportunity to leverage your sales skills and achieve fantastic results in a flexible, remote work environment.

What you'll be doing

Connect with potential clients over the phone to understand their manufacturing needs

Pitch our range of services in a persuasive and consultative manner

Handle customer queries, provide information, and offer tailored solutions

Input customer data accurately into our CRM system

Identify and capitalise on opportunities to cross-sell or upsell our offerings

Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven track record in successful outbound sales or telemarketing, ideally within the manufacturing or B2B services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

Strong sales acumen and the drive to achieve results

Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry

Availability to work flexible part-time hours

Comfortable working independently from a home office environment
