Qualifications & experience

Must be FASEA qualified

Completed or on track to complete the approved graduate degree before 2026.

Experience onboarding new clients.

Knowledge in superannuation including retirement planning, TTR accounts, pension phase clients, and Centrelink schedules as well as insurance.

Self-motivated and driven

Willing to learn and build within the business

Exceptional customer service

Reliable and punctual

Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and track activities to completion

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

High attention to detail

Professional attitude and presentation

Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment

Tasks & responsibilities

Develop new business by prospecting and converting qualified leads provided

Prepare and present strategic financial plans to prospective superannuation and insurance clients.

Continuously looking for ways to improve client experience

Assisting with best practices and compliance

Onboarding new clients
