About the role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring project success by managing contracts, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder relationships. Contracts Administrators report directly to Project Managers.
Duties

• Assist in contract negotiations, preparation, and administration
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
• Handle procurement, including subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Assess progress claims, variations, and invoices
• Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years' experience in Contracts Administration within commercial fitouts or construction. (Office and retail preferable)
• Knowledge of Australian construction standards and regulations.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and cost control.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
