The opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of P&C this role will have a strong focus on WHS, return to work and HR support. You will have accountability for providing support, advice and training to line managers and employees in relation to all WHS matters, including managing incidents, investigations and managing the claims and return to work process and interactions. In addition, you will be assisting with wellbeing initiatives, compliance and registers!

Selection criteria

• HR / WHS qualification – current or completed
• Proven experience in similar WHS / Return to work / HR role
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder skills / experience
• Understanding of legislation, compliance and policies
• Solutions focused approach and a collaborative team player
