A Western Sydney based manufacturing facility specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of pressure piping and heavy structural steel.

THE ROLE

As a qualified Boilermaker with experience in structural steel fabrication you will be involved in fabricating and assembling structural steel components to specification ensuring high standards of quality and be willing to work consistent overtime.

Casual and contractor positions available.

DAILY DUTIES

Fabricate and assemble structural steel components based on technical drawings and project specifications.

Measure, cut and shape steel components to precise specifications.

Conduct thorough inspections of materials and completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Maintain and operate workshop tools and equipment in a skilled, safe and efficient manner.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Trade qualification in Engineering

White card

5 years post qualification experience

2 years experience working with structural steel

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings

Good communication skills

Can understand and work to all OHS and safety requirements

Australian working rights
