Maxwell Recruitment currently has a great opportunity for a Trade Qualified Boilermakers for a workshop-based role in Lake Macquarie & Beresfield. This is a casual position with full-time equivalent hours on day and afternoon shift working on longwall equipment commencing after Easter.

The Benefits:

• Excellent pay rates over $58/hr casual plus full penalties
• Day, afternoon, and potentially night shift available
• Lake Macquarie & Beresfield based workshops
• 9 Day fortnight on afternoon and night shift

The Role:

• Heavy fabrication of longwall components
• Flux-cored wire MIG and stick welding
• Gouging, welding, grinding, and plasma cutting
• Interpreting technical drawings

The Requirements:

• Trade qualified Boilermaker
• Experience in workshop-based welding and/or fabrication
• Experience in heavy industry mining, oil, and gas industries is preferable
• Happy to work overtime where required
