We’re currently seeking a highly organised Kitchen Manager to assist our Head Chef & Warehouse manager in leading our production kitchen and packing facility. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Your Role

You’ll be ensuring our daily production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll manage processes, and product flow while staying focused on quality, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Production

Oversee day-to-day kitchen and packing facility operations

Maintain the consistency and quality of our ready-made meals

Develop and cost recipes aligned with business goals

Schedule production efficiently

manage inventory, reduce wastage, and streamline stock movement between venues

Uphold food safety standards and allergen procedures

Keep nutritional and product labels accurate and compliant

Financial Management

Manage food and labour costs within set budgets

Analyse and understand P&Ls to drive operational improvements

What You Bring

Strong background in food production and kitchen management

Experience with recipe costing platforms and food allergen protocols

Confidence in developing and scaling recipes

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficiency with computers and inventory systems

Knowledge of HACCP or other food safety systems (preferred but not essential)
