Hudson’s Catering is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Chef/Cook to join our dynamic kitchen in Higgins, ACT. We’re a busy, locally owned catering company delivering high-quality food and service across Canberra.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing and cooking a wide variety of fresh, high-volume dishes for events, functions and corporate catering

Working closely with the Head Chef and Events Coordinator to meet service standards and event timelines

Maintaining a clean, efficient and organised kitchen workspace

Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Supporting and collaborating with a diverse, inclusive team

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Strong time management and attention to detail

Positive, team-focused attitude

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings or weekends when required
