About the role

Urunga Bowling Club Ltd is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy bowling club, overseeing staff and managing day-to-day activities. This full-time position is based in Urunga, NSW 2455.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of frontline staff, including servers, bartenders, and groundskeepers

Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality are maintained at all times

Manage the daily operations of the club, including cash handling, inventory control

Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring all events run seamlessly

Liaise with management to identify and address any issues or concerns

Provide on-the-job training and support to junior staff members

Promote a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
