About the role:

Looking for fast paced, rewarding hospitality work with out the nights, split shifts and public holidays? Vault Cafe is currently looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

Availability between 6:00am and 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is an ideal position for a passionate Supervisor looking for work/life balance and family friendly hospitality hours.

You will:

Connect with customers and provide memorable experiences our customers can’t help talking about.

Be creative and passionate about food.

Have experience in a fast-paced hospitality or food service industry.

Have extensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including safe food handling certification.

Have exceptional organisational and communication skills, to manage various aspects of the Cafe, including staff scheduling and operations.

Have a sound understanding of the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, POS software maintenance and inventory management.

Have effective leadership skills are crucial for managing a team and ensuring smooth operations. With a strong focus on training and mentoring.

Barista skills are highly regarded.

Qualification in hospitality management desired
