Vascular Medical Specialist Practice requires receptionist with proven skills in communication and organization. As part of our team, you will be working with the latest technology and cloud-based medical software with a paperless workplace emphasis. The human part will be to communicate with patients and assist in their needs through their experience at South Sydney Vascular Centre.

You will fulfilling the role of a receptionist using Medirecords practice management clinical software, transcribing letters to referring doctors and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities for our doctors. We are looking for excellent communication qualities like being able to assist in patient care and treatment by communicating with hospitals and other primary health care providers. Essentially we want a person who cares and wants to make a difference in the journey of our patients.

This job can provide a great balance between family commitments with an emphasis in developing a part-time career in the health care industry. Our office is open Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm and hours can be flexible within this time frame to suit commitments.
