About the Opportunity
Lead and supervise road maintenance and construction projects, coordinate resources and ensure quality outcomes while serving as a key liaison between Council and the Community, delivering impactful infrastructure solutions.

What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

- Current Heavy Rigid Licence.

- Hold a certificate of competency to operate a grader, or have the ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment (at own expense).

- Extensive experience in the operation of road construction and maintenance equipment.

- Traffic Controllers – Statement of Attainment

- Hold a current Construction Induction Card accredited by Work Safe Victoria

- Ability to provide a satisfactory National Police Check prior to employment.

Salary and conditions

The position is classified within Band 4A fixed of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement $74,776.93 per annum including industry allowance and maintenance allowance plus statutory superannuation.
