About the Role

We're partnering with a leading property development group experiencing significant growth, and they're looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team.

In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of leads, engaging prospective clients, qualifying their needs, and converting them into long-term customers. You'll be the first point of contact in the sales journey, playing a key role in driving revenue and shaping the customer experience.

This is a 6 month fixed term opportunity with an immediate start, based in a CBD office and offering flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Own and convert warm leads via phone, email, and web chat

Consult with prospects to understand their goals and match them with the right property solutions

Proactively manage your sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups and touchpoints are timely and strategic

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal specialists to close deals and ensure a smooth client experience

About You

Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, or business development (3-6+ years)

Experience in property, real estate, or a high-value solution sales environment is highly advantageous

Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in managing your pipeline

Strong CRM and digital communication tool skills

Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
