We currently have an opportunity for Head of IT Service Delivery.

As the Head of IT Service Delivery you will:

• Lead and manage the IT team
• Provide expertise and innovation in relation to the Department’s subject matter
• Proactively participate in the continuous improvement of organisational performance and culture.

What we offer...

• Permanent full-time role, 35 hours per week
• Annual salary from $123,591 to $136,259 (salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
• Progressive annual salary up to $150,225
• Plus 11.5 % superannuation
• A leaseback vehicle for operational and private use.

What you'll need to be successful in the role...

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline to the role (e.g. Information Systems, Technology or a closely related discipline) with a minimum 7 years’ experience
• The demonstrated ability to manage a broad IT applications portfolio
• Highly developed analytical and research skills
• High level analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to inspire or support innovative thinking
• High level interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated experience in leading change and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and quality customer service
• Demonstrated knowledge of areas of responsibility including ICT Systems, Governance Framework, Records, Management and Geographical and Land Information Systems
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing IT service management practices and processes within organisations
• The ability to keep a customer focused approach in all aspects of the business
• The ability to identify and evaluated new technological developments and assess their appropriateness for the organisation
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing annual budgets
• C Class Drivers Licence.
