We currently have an opportunity for Head of IT Service Delivery.
As the Head of IT Service Delivery you will:
- Lead and manage the IT team
- Provide expertise and innovation in relation to the Department’s subject matter
- Proactively participate in the continuous improvement of organisational performance and culture.
What we offer...
- Permanent full-time role, 35 hours per week
- Annual salary from $123,591 to $136,259 (salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Progressive annual salary up to $150,225
- Plus 11.5 % superannuation
- A leaseback vehicle for operational and private use.
What you'll need to be successful in the role...
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline to the role (e.g. Information Systems, Technology or a closely related discipline) with a minimum 7 years’ experience
- The demonstrated ability to manage a broad IT applications portfolio
- Highly developed analytical and research skills
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to inspire or support innovative thinking
- High level interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading change and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and quality customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of areas of responsibility including ICT Systems, Governance Framework, Records, Management and Geographical and Land Information Systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing IT service management practices and processes within organisations
- The ability to keep a customer focused approach in all aspects of the business
- The ability to identify and evaluated new technological developments and assess their appropriateness for the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing annual budgets
- C Class Drivers Licence.
