What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists
• Provide clinical supervision and oversee best-practice service delivery
• Manage caseloads and KPIs (if in a clinical role) or focus on operational leadership
• Conduct case reviews and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines
• Develop and implement training, induction, and capability-building initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including referrers, support coordinators, and health organisations

What You’ll Need

• General Registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA) or registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Leadership experience – previous experience mentoring or managing teams
• NDIS knowledge – experience working within the Positive Behaviour Support framework
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Clearances and licenses – NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Driver’s License
