About the Role

The Power Apps & Dynamics CRM Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering IT applications and solutions that support the UCA and its associated entities.

This role plays a critical function in enhancing business processes, identifying system gaps, and developing solutions that integrate Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and SharePoint and will support applications utilised by the Church and other stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in application development, system enhancement, and integration, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of IT systems, including the UCA Data Warehouse built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which provides a single source of truth for the UCA, presbyteries and congregations for various aspects of the life of the Church.

The position also supports SharePoint & Power Apps based applications, Dynamics 365 Finance, Human Resources and Electronic Document Management Systems.
Furthermore, this role will assist the Manager IT Security & Application Support provide effective support and control of applications used by the UCA and other associated entities, presbyteries and congregations.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics development.
• Extensive experience with Power Platform products such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SharePoint administration, including managing SharePoint backends for applications like the Electronic Document Management System.
• Experience with Azure services including API management, Logic Apps and SQL.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering IT solutions that enhance business processes.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements

The successful candidate will:
• Have a Working with Children Check
• Have the right to work in Australia full time
• Undergo a National Police Check before commencement
