About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a skilled Water Technician to be the trusted expert our clients count on. Your mission: ensure families with rainwater tanks have the healthiest water possible—through expert advice, practical solutions, and top-quality on-site work.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose water quality issues and provide on-the-spot solutions
• Clean and treat rainwater tanks using our exclusive, trademarked QuadClean® process
• Install and service filtration and rainwater systems
• Use ServiceM8 (via iPhone) to manage jobs, update status, send invoices, and take payments on-site
• Communicate clearly and credibly with clients
• Educate homeowners on system care and maintenance
• Ensure every job site is left better than you found it

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves (don’t even apply without these):

Plumbing background or strong plumbing experience

Ability to think on the spot and solve problems under pressure

Clear, confident communication with clients

Professionalism and credibility in every situation

Own or have access to an iPhone (used for ServiceM8 app)

Willingness to learn and use ServiceM8 to manage jobs, invoice clients, and take payments

Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these):

Experience working with rainwater systems

Familiarity with water filtration and purification technology

This role is NOT for you if you need constant hand-holding, can’t stay calm under pressure, or freeze when a customer asks a tough question.
