About the Role

Are you ready to take the reins on a large-scale SAP transformation that will shape the future of one of Australia’s most iconic businesses? We're on the lookout for a people-first Enterprise Architect to join a high-impact program focused on modernising core systems, uplifting employee experience, and driving operational excellence across supply chain and business platforms.

This is a two-year fixed-term opportunity (with likely extension), offering flexible working arrangements across Sydney offices and from home. You’ll be at the heart of an enterprise-wide SAP program with visibility across digital, data, and integration layers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set the direction of the enterprise architecture in alignment with SAP implementation goals;
• Partner with executive and delivery teams to shape ERP, middleware, and platform solutions;
• Review and guide solution design proposals to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes;
• Lead architectural oversight across multiple SAP-related projects from strategy to execution; and
• Ensure governance, consistency, and quality across the broader technology landscape.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect leading end-to-end SAP transformations;
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and tech teams;
• Solid grasp of enterprise architecture frameworks, delivery governance, and integration patterns;
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems; and
• Industry background in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments is a plus.

$230,000 - $250,000 plus super and 10% STI bonus.
