• Permanent full time 38 hours or 4 long days - 10 hours a day
• $44- $48 Per Hour + Super + Educational Leader allowance
• 60 pl service size

About the role:

• Lead the development of curriculum to maximize each child’s development and learning.
• Support and mentor Educators ensuring goals and expectations for teaching and practice are met.
• Contribute to the development of the centers Quality Improvement Plan.
• Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with families
• Capability in working collaboratively within a team to plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs
• Commitment to implementing rigorous, highly differentiated programs
• Lead the team to ensure that each child’s current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests are being met

What you’ll come with:

• Diploma OR Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Experience working with children in Early Years or OSHC
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework & Early Years Framework
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid + CPR (or willing to Obtain)
