About the Role

The Administration Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of administrative services within the Specialist Clinics. Reporting directly to the Specialist Clinics Operations Manager, the Administration Manager will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and other key stakeholders to optimize service delivery, streamline administrative processes, and support operational excellence.

This role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting the Specialist Clinics administration team, promoting the values of the Sisters of Charity while ensuring high standards of service and patient experience. The Administration Manager will oversee workforce management, operational processes, and compliance with performance targets, playing a critical role in billing management, NWAU activity tracking, and data integrity for all non-admitted services.

The classification for this position will be HS4 - HS29 ($83,657 - $92,482 per annum pro rata)

• A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
