We’re on the lookout for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Media Booth – a fast-growing, full-service digital agency based in Ashmore on the Gold Coast.

This is a key role in our media team, managing a broad portfolio of service-based and e-commerce clients. You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, implementation, optimisation, and reporting across both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

Planning, building, and optimising paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms

Managing multiple client accounts with a strong focus on performance and lead generation

Conducting in-depth analysis and providing clear insights to improve campaign outcomes

Collaborating with our creative, SEO, and web teams to execute integrated digital strategies

Keeping clients informed, engaged, and confident with regular updates and reporting

Staying up to date with trends, platform changes, and new performance opportunities

Optimising campaigns, landing pages and creatives to maximise return

What you’ll bring to the table:

3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital agency or similar environment

Demonstrated success managing lead gen and e-commerce campaigns

Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Facebook/Instagram etc.)

Ability to confidently handle client communication and present results

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for performance

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.

A self-starter attitude with a focus on continual improvement and innovation
