About the role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist & Personal Assistant to join the team at Atlantic Equipment in our Granville, NSW office. This full-time role will provide essential administrative and executive-level support to our leadership team, playing a crucial part in the smooth and efficient running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including arranging travel, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handling incoming communications, including screening and prioritising calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assisting with expense reporting, data entry, and other general office duties
- Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar receptionist or personal assistant role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A professional, discreet, and customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
