This is a great opportunity to join a leading organisation within the building services industry. They are seeking a Credit & Receivables Officer to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

The role is offering $35 - $40 + super per hour, with offices based in Alexandria. This position offers 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, with onsite parking available.

The Role

As a Credit & Receivables Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing credit/collections, allocations, receipting, invoicing, and full-function receivables
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve account queries
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and reconciliations
• Supporting the finance team with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
• Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Participating in a one-month handover period with the incumbent for a smooth transition

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Credit & Receivables Officer with experience in end-to-end receivables. You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in credit, collections, and receivables processes
• SAP experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
