Accounts Receivable Officer – 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

About the role

This is a temporary Accounts Receivable Officer position, ideal for someone with high-volume AR experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role will initially be for 3 months, with strong potential for longer-term opportunities.

Duties

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes
• Allocate and reconcile incoming payments
• Follow up on outstanding debts and resolve customer queries
• Process credit notes and adjustments
• Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliations

Skills & experience

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, ideally within a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer service approach
• Experience in the food or FMCG sector is advantageous
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
