ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced retail manager to lead a small, dedicated team and perform stock control for our small but busy shop. The successful applicant must be highly attentive to detail, have strong literacy and numeracy skills, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Pharmacy retail experience

Able to lead a small team

Stock control

Excellent communication and team skills

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a team leader - manage, motivate and roster a small team.

Monitor, order and maintain stock levels, and manage out of stocks.

Monitor stock performance, and make decisions accordingly

Exceptional customer service.

Stock merchandising, and promotional displays.

Communicate with the pharmacy manager and the Business Development team.
