About the Role:
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll focus on qualifying property investors and booking high-intent sales calls for the Closer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound & inbound calls to engage with new and existing leads
- Lead qualification to assess prospect interest and financial readiness
- Database outreach to reactivate and nurture leads
- Follow-ups and engagement to convert more leads into appointments
- CRM & sales processes to log activity in GoHighLevel
Who We’re Looking For:
- Past appointment setting experience (ideally in property), or past sales experience and completion of high ticket sales training
- Highly experienced (personally or professionally) and knowledgeable in property investment
- Confident, engaging communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Resilient and coachable, open to feedback, and genuinely cares about customer experience
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (GoHighLevel is a bonus)
- Driven to succeed, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Flexible availability, open to evenings and Saturdays (peak response times)
