About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Appointment Setter who knows how to engage financially minded clients. In this role, you'll speak with individuals looking to gain control over their mortgage, reduce their tax burden, and build wealth through smart property investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to qualified leads and database contacts

Educate potential clients on the benefits of property investment, mortgage reduction, and tax strategies (script and training provided)

Set high-quality appointments for our property and finance strategists

Build rapport, understand client needs, and assess their readiness to move forward

Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups using CRM software

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales/support role

Strong understanding of lending markets, home loans, and basic investment principles

Confident in speaking about financial topics like tax reduction and equity use

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
