We have (3M Month Contract) Digital Training Content Producer role available.

You will be creating new Digital training content and reworking existing content to align with a key product launch in September. There are already 30 modules in LMS (Moodle) that are already built but need to be revamped.

Digital creation is key as you will convert very dry SME Information into learning material.

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Training Content Producer to help revamp and elevate digital learning.

You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming technical, text-heavy subject matter into engaging, digestible, and interactive learning content

Please Note: We have 2 Positions Available. Target Start Date is for Early May - ASAP Start would be ideal.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Digital Training Experience (Essential)
• LMS and Digital Training Expert
• Ability to convert very dry SME Information into learning material (Most Important)
• Experience creating modules & reworking modules in LMS (Ideal)
• Learning Design Experience (Preferred)
• Telco or Technology Experience Desirable (Not Essential)
• Experience in learning design, adult learning principles, blended learning approaches and human centred design methodologies or related fields in a fast-paced organisation
• Excellent Communication, Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement Skills
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
