About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Educator (Cert III or Diploma) who has experience with the 0-6 age group and a passion to inspire and lead other educators.

The role requires an educator who can:

• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
• Observe and assess children's learning
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals

About You

As a Assistant Educator, you will bring demonstrated knowledge in the childcare industry. You will have exceptional communication skills with high levels of care and empathy.

You will have:

• An Early Childhood Teaching degree or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
• Solid understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Good knowledge of Child Protection and Workplace OH&S legislation
• Knowledge of health, hygiene and the nutrition needs of children
• Proven understanding of administrative functions
• Priorities staff health and wellbeing
