Cluster Revenue Manager

Reporting directly to the Group General Manager and HO head of Revenue for the entire group, you will be responsible for the revenue management of several accommodation venues, each offering unique experiences in and around Newcastle and the Hunter Nelson Bay Regions.

One resort offers a boutique resort-style atmosphere with amenities such as spa suites, villa apartments, a pool, a gym, and three F&B outlets, including their signature award-winning restaurant.

Another is an upmarket hotel, which provides a range of accommodation suitable for business and leisure travellers. ​Where this property boasts regular high occupancy at yield.

AND also their busy 3.5-star to 4-star, nicely located, busy motel for the FIT and business traveller market

For this important position, you will be key in optimising revenue and profitability across multiple properties in the Newcastle, Hunter, and Nelson Bay region.

In this full-time position, you will analyse data, forecast trends, and implement effective pricing and inventory strategies to drive exceptional financial performance. Your expertise in the hospitality industry and revenue management best practices will be instrumental in leading your hotel cluster to success.
