As they expand their team, they are looking for an enthusiastic Office Allrounder to join us and support various departments to help the idea candidate get an understanding if they would like to go into sales or property management.

Position:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive junior Office Allrounder who is midway through obtaining their Certificate of Registration and is eager to learn about different areas of the business, including leasing, property management, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle tasks of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct letterbox drops

Handle reception duties, including taking calls and directing them to relevant staff

Greet clients and trades at the front of house

Manage keys using Log it Out software

Provide general assistance across all departments: Business Development Manager, Property Management, and Sales Support

Perform general office duties, such as stationary orders, kitchen upkeep, and office maintenance

Assist with outside appointments and shadow staff members to gain experience

Requirements:

Midway through obtaining Certificate of Registration

Strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to handle tasks of all sizes with enthusiasm

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Male candidates preferred
