Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly to the Account Manager Team Lead, and working with our Partners and our Sales and Onboarding teams, you will be accountable for building long-term relationships and driving growth (upsell/crsoss sell) & retention/monetisation of the Fresha platform.

What we are looking for
Experience - We need someone that's sales focused and has experience to demonstrate that - An interest in working with SMB's rather than large enterprises is what we are looking for
Industry - SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
Relationship Building - You are a true hunter and relationship builder
Organised - You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Curiosity - You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop

Interview Process
Screen Call - Video-call with a member from the APAC Talent Partner (30 mins)
Skills & Experience - Video interview with Hiring Team (30-45 mins)
Presentation - In-person interview with Hiring Panel (75 mins)
We aim to finalise the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
