Our client has been established for over 20 years building within the South East of Queensland. We are seeking to have a Site Supervisor to manage the delivery of residential builds in South Brisbane.

Role:

• Daily management of On-Site sub-contractors, safety and quality
• Trade scheduling and project planning
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications and Building Code / Regulations
• Managing deliveries, suppliers
• Quality Control and defect management
• Inductions, toolbox meetings, OH&S management
• Liaise with Project Management Team

Person:

• QBCC Site Supervisor licence at a minimum
• Supervisor Specialist
• Experienced in all stages of construction including base stage, establishing slabs
• History of stable employment
• Excellent communication skills, solution based mindset, general computer skills
• Strong understanding of OH&S procedures
• Manage Lead Hand

Offer

• Salary commensurate with experience
• 120k - 130k + Super + car
• Company vehicle
• Monday to Friday working week
