Medical Receptionist - Radiology Clinic

Randstad is currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join a reputable radiology clinic operating within two clinic locations; Hope Island and Surfers Paradise. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment within the healthcare sector.

About the Role

This is a front-desk position within a radiology setting, where you'll work alongside a close-knit team of 9-10 staff. You'll report to two Office Managers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality customer service to patients and visitors

Managing general administrative and reception duties

Processing medical billing and Medicare rebates

Coordinating patient bookings and schedules

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in medical administration - radiology experience highly regarded

Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills

A proactive and friendly attitude with excellent attention to detail

Willingness to travel between Hope Island and Surfers Paradise clinics

Comfortable using computer systems - Occam software experience beneficial but not required (training provided)
