The Roles

As a Property Underwriter, you'll be responsible for:

Underwriting new and renewal business across commercial property, ISR, strata, or home insurance (depending on the role).

Partnering with brokers and intermediaries to assess risks and tailor cover to client needs.

Applying technical underwriting judgement to drive profitable, sustainable results.

Supporting internal teams with insights, risk appetite alignment, and technical queries.

Upholding a strong underwriting culture that values service, accuracy, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience in property underwriting or technical broking (commercial or domestic lines).

Solid understanding of property risk, policy wordings, and pricing tools.

A relationship-focused approach to working with broker partners and internal teams.

Strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and a proactive attitude.

ANZIIF Tier 1 or other insurance qualifications are highly regarded.
