Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide underwriting support to senior underwriters across various general insurance products
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Respond to broker queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain strong relationships with key broker partners
• Ensure all documentation is compliant and adheres to internal underwriting guidelines
• Assist with portfolio analysis and reporting as required

• Previous experience in an underwriting support (with liabilities or financial lines exp) or insurance administration role is highly regarded
