Cobdenhealth are looking for Registered Nurses in a part-time and full-time capacity to fill AM, PM and Night Shifts.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Cobdenhealth, you’ll be a key clinical leader within our 60-bed Residential Aged Care Facility. You’ll work closely with our experienced care team to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care that meets all clinical and accreditation standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Comprehensive clinical assessments, care planning and reviews
Medication administration and management of resident care needs
Guiding and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
Liaising with families, GPs, and allied health professionals
Responding to clinical incidents and managing emergency situations
Supporting accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Aged care experience, including AN-ACC, clinical documentation and relevant legislation
Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A commitment to resident-centred care and continuous professional development
